With IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT) you will never need to worry about being out of compliance again! ILMT will allow you to understand your current license consumption and gain the insight to predict future needs and optimize costs.

With ILMT you will be able to keep track of your software inventory, monitor license usage, apply with compliance, and keep a list of hardware that you own. ILMT comes with a built in software scanner that will scan your operating systems to determine which software is installed and its version. The hardware scanner will allow you to collect information based on physical processors, system type, guest operating system, and LPAR information.
