The council welcomes IBM Fellow Jeff Frey the CTO of z Systems Platform. Jeff will be discussing the IBM z13 announcement and the value brought to z/VM and Linux on z Systems. Next on the agenda, the council is pleased to have Bill Bitner from IBM z/VM Customer Focus and Care Team. Bill will be discussing the new z/VM CPU pooling capabilities along with how it is tracked via IBM License Manager. The council is also pleased to have Mike Baskey Chief Architect for ISM on z Systems on the agenda. Mike will be discussing the IBM z13 patterns announcement and value brought to cloud implementation on System z. Next on the agenda we have David Simpson from the IBM Oracle alliance team. David will be presenting highlights of Oracle 12 announcement and synergies with z13. Last on the agenda the council welcomes Michael MacIsaac from Innovation Data Processing.
