This is a gentle reminder to everyone in the SAP on System z Customer Community,

Registration is open at the link below.  We’ve reserved a limited block of rooms for customers only.  See the contact info on the registration site.

Please register as soon as possible to ensure we keep the facilities we’ve reserved and to encourage the briefers to put their best content into their presentations and demonstrations.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone again this year.  I’m sure you’re all aware of the tremendous changes going on in both the IBM and SAP worlds.  This conference is the best place for you to learn all you can about those changes, allowing you to take back to your company incisive answers to important questions affecting your future business direction.

And like always, this is a great opportunity to make contacts with others during our networking breaks and our Tuesday evening social event.

Attention SAP on System z customer community.

Please mark you calendars for this year’s SAP on System z Customer Conference.  We expect to send out the full schedule and registration instructions next week.

This year’s conference will be in Chicago on 7-9 June.  Briefings by SAP and IBM will be on the 7th and 8th with a technical workshop on the 9th.  This year’s technical workshop will cover DBA Cockpit and an introduction to our Performance Tuning Workshop.

As always, our focus is to provide you an event where you can:
==>  Learn how features and functions of SAP Zero Down Time, and IBM z Systems, z/OS, DB2, and other IBM products which drive near continuous availability of your SAP applications
==>  Investigate how you can leverage analytics to gain insight to drive better business decisions
==>  Learn about options from IBM and SAP for private, public, and cloud extensions to your existing SAP implementation.
==>  Get an update on joint IBM/SAP development activities and affirm the strong partnership between IBM and SAP.
==>  Learn how IBM is extending its Watson Cognitive Computing platform to benefit SAP customers.
==>  Collaborate with subject matter experts from IBM and SAP
==>  Share experiences and network with other customers running SAP on z Systems and DB2


This event is open to customers who have an interest in z Systems infrastructure for SAP.  The first two days will provide strategy and trends information suitable for IT executives and technical professionals who have responsibility for the infrastructure supporting SAP workloads.  The optional third day is targeted at a technical audience including SAP Basis, DB2, z/OS, and Linux administrators.
